Game Ready & Kelvin Cryo Rentals
We are now pleased to offer Game Ready Units and Kelvi Cryotherapy Units for patients who would like to utilize this post operatively. Rentals will be on a week-to-week basis. A weekly charge of $100 (per unit)/week will be charged at the time of the rental. If not returned and/or returned with damages, $500.00 will be charged to cover costs of replacing unit.
